Edgeband and trim an inside radius as small as 7/16"!

Introducing the SNX nVision C1.5 series contour banding machine, designed for open-ended and tight inside radii parts. The new PLC interface enhances usability, while the machine is capable of edgebanding and trimming an inside radius as small as 7/16″. It features 20,000rpm ER20 collet-type spindles (top/bottom) and the same proven articulating vacuum support arm. The nVision C1.5 can band and trim open-ended parts up to 8’ in length and can apply edgebanding from .5mm to 3mm thick. Additionally, it can handle parts up to 60mm high and uses standard EVA hotmelt glue.

The nVision C1.5 contour banding machine includes banding and trimming stations with one set of cutting tools, one articulated vacuum arm, an edgeband coil stand, and one 8″ aluminum vacuum pod.
