Li'l Pucker Hand-Held Scraper

We’ve tried every hand-held banding trimmer and scraper there is and ended up hating all of them. You, too? Sure, a paint scraper works if you don’t mind the occasional (okay… CONSTANT) tape gouge here and there. Those little plastic numbers with a metal blade are hard to hold and they don’t hold up, either.

So we decided to make our own: the SNX Li’l Pucker® Edgeband Final Scraping Puck. It’s MACHINED from solid metal for the ultimate durability. The blade and rollers are real industrial components for superior quality cuts. Oh, yeah, this Li’l Pucker is tough and mean. If you need a precision final scrape knife on your banding, the Li’l Pucker will leave your trimmed banding smooth and tab-free.

The SNX Li’l Pucker® Edgeband Final Scraping Puck is a hand-held tool that removes leftover banding after trimming and leaves a clean, flush edge. It replaces the utility knife and paint scraper with a professional tool made for everyday shop use. It now comes in two models: the original Li’l Pucker® and the new Li’l Pucker® 2.

Both models use industrial-grade blades and roller bearings for clean, consistent cuts. They work on straight and contoured panels and are great for trimming thin tape. The blades are replaceable, so when one wears out you swap the blade instead of buying a new tool.

The original Li’l Pucker® is machined from solid aluminum in the USA. It uses a precision-ground circular blade and works well on thin tape and T-slot edging.

The Li’l Pucker® 2 can be set up for right-hand or left-hand use. Its new square blade lies flat against the board, so you don’t have to tilt the puck into the banding. Just push and trim. It handles banding up to 1mm thick, and you can adjust the blade depth with a set screw.
